The Zoe Play mat is a fun project made with four identical panels, and an additional fabric is needed for the backing.
The panels are layered with the backing and stacked one on the other and quilted in rows close together.
Then using  the Chenille cutter between row of quilting, slice the top 3 panels, leaving the bottom panel and the backing intact.
You can bind it as an ordinary quilt.
